Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

My assignment is about the Engineer Without Border Challenge in Bambui in Reignite region in Cameroon (attached the EWB challenge design Brief). My team’s design area is Water supply (design area 1) but we’re focusing on filtration only. Now we’re doing the second report (attached ENG1101_2015S1_Report_2_Information). I was assigned the evaluation strategy (look at ENG1101 word document page 20 point 2.0 third line). I have attached (guide) which is how I think my part should look like. I’m required to write an evaluation strategy to evaluate any proposed design and decide which one is the best. The criteria that the evaluation strategy have are (cost, Filtration rate, level of filtration, testing, cultural acceptance, and sustainability). Could you please have a look at the guide and try to expand each point (with research and ideas) and then set a table with a numbering system 1-5 (1 is bad and 5 is good) . And could you please specify what goes into each number (for example: a design that can filter 10-20 litter per day gets 1)

P.S. probably the only research that I need you to do is about the ideal filtration rate, the WHO standard for filtration level and probably cultural acceptance.

the work should be maximum of five pages, if you covered all the requirements in less than five pages, you don’t need to fill up until five pages. (I care about the quality more than quantity).
