Description: All writing must be in APA 6 Format and references should not be more than 4/5 years old Responses to reflect critical thought. Whenever possible,
please try to relate the course content to real-world applications from work experience. For each questions need to answer within two parts as follows:
(No introduction or conclusion needed for any question) Part 1: Answer the question directly with at least 150 words or more with at least one reference
Part 2: Answer the question again with additional thought /views in more paragraphs with at least two references with 300 words or more Question 1:
Lessons can be learned from failures. Provide an example of a decision support system failure, and discuss the lessons that might be learned from that
