The following paper discusses a customer-oriented distribution process management adopted by Volvo:
Susanne Hertz, S., Johansson, J.K., & de Jager, F. (2001). Customer-oriented cost cutting: Process management at Volvo. Supply Chain Management: Bradford. (6), 128-142.

Compare the process management methods in the Distribution 90 and in the second project discussed in the paper. Use the Palmberg (2009) p. 203-215 and Hertz (2001) readings to identify and address the process management model (holistic or single process) that each used. Explain in what way the process management method was not holistic or was not single process oriented in each of these two projects.
