3)A scenario with the actual ICD-9 codes and or CPT codes.
4)Type of claim forms used, claims verification process.
5)Claims payment process- verification and accuracy of payment, possible rejections and how to resolve them, posting payment, billing and collection from patients, reporting procedures.
