Royal Tires & More Inc. has asked you to assess the project to update their new technology. Complete this two-part assignment.

Part I: Create a chart of your work breakdown structure (WBS).

Part II: Once the WBS is created, complete a 1-2 page report:

Identifying the WBS methodology/tool used
Listing any external sources used to create the WBS
Noting if any tasks or series of tasks would be critical to a given deadline
Discussing what possible plans could be implemented in the event a critical task(s) is(are) delayed
