Project instructions:
This assignment was previous completed by another person but they didn’t meet my expectations. I was attaching the current assignment and another assignment that goes with it and my professors notes.

Assessment Overview
For this assessment, you will use Microsoft Project to create a preliminary schedule for your selected project. If you do not have Microsoft Project on your computer, see the Unit Resources in this unit for information on downloading a free trial version. For tutorials on using Microsoft Project, refer to the Computer Skills section under the Supplement Resources link in the left navigation menu of the courseroom.

Be sure to use the following resources, linked in the Assessment Resources, as you complete your assessment:

Assessment Instructions
Use Microsoft Project to create a preliminary schedule for your selected project. Your schedule should include tasks, dependencies, and resources. Even the smallest projects have at least 20 tasks; include a minimum of 20 tasks in your schedule to get full credit for the assessment.

Complete the following:

Have tasks driven by duration (that is, do not enter a start or a stop date, but let Microsoft Project calculates the time required).
Use summary tasks to organize the schedule into project phases. Note that:
Summary tasks do not have duration.
Microsoft Project rolls-up the sub-tasks or “sums” them in the summary task.
Include tasks that start as soon as possible.
Provide adequate detail to describe the project.
Determine predecessors and completion dates.
Determine deliverables ending with a milestone.
Develop a review (either technical or executive) for each phase.
Incorporate industry best practices to successfully meet schedule plans.

Professors Comment:

However, I would like you to look back to your Scope Statement ?Milestones and Target Dates? and try to incorporate the milestones and dates in your project schedule.

Below is the list of your milestones and Target dates from your Scope Statement

The project starts on September 1 2014

September 2 – October 2 2014-first implementation phase of eService systems with fitting of hardware required being prime concern.
October 3- 20 – Assessment of eService with respect to organization structure and process analysis and performance of Gap Analysis
October 21 – December 2 – final implementation of eService project in the ministry with the full integration in all departments in the Department of Treasury
December 3 -30 – perceived analysis of the effectiveness of the eService according to public view on their social and cultural implications and closure of the project on 30 December.
January 1-30 basic evaluation of the services provided by the eServices in terms of Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impacts and Sustainability
