Provide Leadership Across the Organisation

Conduct an analysis of a leader of a group, department or organisation. This may be a leader in an organisation with which you are familiar or you may research and analyse a public figure in a leadership role. One example would be Richard Branson.
Report on the following issues:
1. Communication
a. In what ways and by what means does the leader attempt to communicate the organisation mission and goals to internal groups and individuals
2. Influencing others
a. In what ways and by what means does the leader attempt to influence groups and individuals within the organisation
b. What type of leadership style does your selected leader have?
3. Building and supporting teams
a. In what ways and by what means does the leader build and support teams
4. Demonstrating personal and professional competence
a. In what ways and by what means does the leader demonstrate personal and professional competence
