Crisis Intervention – – (movie – World Trade Center by Oliver Stone, 2006) – a minimum of 1 scholarly journal

Concepts should include, methods to alleviate a crisis (acute stress, PTSD) after a traumatic event (aka. critical incident), resiliency, effective coping mechanisms, and spirituality. Also indicate the difference between critical incident and crisis. Clearly define steps necessary in psychological first aid, psychological triage, and long term care.
