different types of reliability and validity that need to be considered. Ensure that you include the following:

•    Define reliability
•    Define Cronbach’s Alpha and item-total correlations, and outline the levels that should be achieved in relation to both.
•    Define the different types of validity and the process that would enable you to demonstrate two type of validity of a measure. Indicate the strength of

associations that you would want to see in relation to the two types of validity.
•    Define norms.
Each of the points above need to be supported with references to the empirical literature presented in APA format
