The report will be assessed on how well you understand and have explained the topic. The educational tutorial format, includes a step by step guide,with all steps and methods explained. You are free to add your own work or concentrate on some areas more than others if you wish. The importantthing is that the
report should showthat you understand the topic clearly. Other formats for the report are also a owed, for examp e as an experimental
report, with method, results, conclusions.

Howeverthe same single assessment criteria applies forwhichever format you use, i.e. – “How

well does the student understand the topic, and have they explained it fully and clearly?”. Better marks will be awarded for originality of
explanation. Presentation is also important, so make it look good. Scruffy graphs wit out any labelling will lose marks. Original and
creative explanations in your own words will add marks. And of course, anything which has been simply copied from the internetwill lose
