Quality Improvement Plan

Order Description

I strongly suggest you choose something you can observe: burger process at Hungry Jacks (order to burger), coffee process (order to coffee) or some other process. As we discussed in class, sometimes the best way to identify a process is to find an output then work backwards (eg. a burger, coffee, restaurant meal, doctor visit). Sometimes processes at work are easy to identify so maybe choose one of those. Remember, all a process is, is something that transforms inputs into outputs.

Watch the process of production a burger at McDonalds, or watch the process from order to fulfillment in a restaurant. You must be able to see all the steps you plan to map.
Also, we required to include at least 2 diagrams showing process quality improvement
