Quantitative report analysis

The owners of Bazaar, a hip and upcoming restaurant in the city, want to know how customers perceive their restaurant. To do this, the restaurant hired you as a professional to evaluate

existing restaurant attributes. A questionnaire was developed in which male and female customers were asked to rate how important existing restaurant attributes were to them and the actual

perceived performance of each attribute in meeting their needs. The questionnaire and the collected data file are available.

For the purposes of this assignment, you are required to analyse the data already collected using Excel and write a brief report using the template below to guide the report’s style.

Introduction:
What is the background of the study and what are the purpose and objectives of the report? Why it is important to do this?

Literature Review:
This section should cover content such as what is service quality and why it is important to a restaurant. What is customer satisfaction and what determines customer satisfaction in a

restaurant? At least 3 peer-reviewed journal articles are needed to support your points.
> Include a brief literature review on the relationship between restaurant service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the differences between male and female customers (must

include three academic references).

What is an importance/performance analysis?
Methods for data analysis
Remember to provide enough detail so the reader can follow what was done.

>Description of data and quantitative research
>Describe what an IPA(interpretative phenomenological approach) is (min. 1 reference)
