there are 3 questions after the first table:
1- an estimate of DNA concentration by comparison with a known quantity of marker DNA (Roch MWM VI) figure is available in step 9 of the procedure. ( I WILL UPLOAD PHOTO OF MY GEL ELECTROGHORESIS)
in this questions you have to show a calculation of the DNA quantity and concentration of each PCR product.

also there are 9 questions on the last page of the practical you have to solve them.
