What are some of the questions one would ask a prospective management candidate other than:
* how many years of experience do you have?
* do you have experience managing a large group of individuals?
Would an employee who manages a department of 50 staff members with several supervisors need different management skills than an employee who manages a five person team? I’m curious to know.
