A discussion should be presented which explores both the rationale for the chosen reflective model and the meaning and significance of the reflection for you.the

reflection will be informed throughout by theoretical understanding of the family within the relevant and social and community context. You will also reflect on how

your theoretical understanding of families is enabling and enhancing your ability to deliver family centred care in collaboration with other professionals where

required. This offers an opportunity for you to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the issues and reflect upon them. Exploration of contemporary clinical

practice should be offered with some evidence of research findings that would inform the discussion. Conclusions and an action plan should be provided to confirm

understanding and application.you should also highlight what you have learnt from this reflection and how this reflection can develop and enhance your future practice.

This should be based on the discussion, drawing the major themes together and offering closing stTements and recommendations.
