how to register a trademark in Saudi arabia

comparing saudi arabi tradmark registration system with usa tradmark registration sytem. i need three chapters the first one about how to register a trademark in Saudi arabia ,chapter 2 how to regaster a tradmark in USA and chapter 3 what is the positives and negatives things in each sytem. Also, what should each sytem take from others to make their sytem better. i need it to be at least 18 pages. 3 bookes at least as resources  and cite 3 cases. no plagirarsm at all.
