RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN FACETS OF JOB SATISFACTION, ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUTMENT IN GEORGIAN COMMERCIAL BANKS AND PUBLIC SECTOR COMPANIES

I need to process data analyses using SPSS software. It is expected to use traditional techniques of data analyses such as date correlation and regression methods. Any other methods (e.g. covariance…) are also welcome. Respective dissertation (draft) will be uploaded shortly. This order is supposed to be inserted in section VIII and IX. Collected data will be also uploaded in MS excel format (which should be analysed). It is expected to receive approximately 5000 words including related tables (and may be charts) generated from SPSS software.
