To search for the articles I used CINAHL and Medline database, articles had to be not older than 10 years and written in English language maybe that will be the exclusion and inclusion that is needed to be explained in the methodology bit of the essay.
the databases used to find the articles were CINAHL and MEDLINE in total there appear 76 articles some were quantitative, mixed method. most of the articles were talking about support groups for carers, difficulties in communicating with patients and independency.
