Questions

1. Visit the Federal Register online. Find one “Proposed Rule” that you are interested in. Read the rule carefully and prepare a “Comment” that you could submit to the agency: discuss the facts and issues raised in the “Proposed Rule” and your opinions regarding that rule.
Your comment should be at least 2 pages and you should provide me with the date that the “Proposed Rule” was published in the Federal Register at the beginning of your “Comment”.

2. Visit the Federal Register’s Executive Order
page (http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/executive-orders/disposition.html). Find an executive order where the President is directing a federal agency to implement his/her public policy. You can select an executive order issued by any President listed on the website. Once you have found an order you are interested in, summarize the executive order, research and discuss whether or not the order was ever implemented by the agency, and summarize the positive and negative effects that surround the implementation of the order (if it is controversial, make sure you summarize how the order was handled by the media).
Your response should be at least 2 pages and you should provide me with the Executive Order Number and Date Published at the beginning of your response.
