Identification of Likely Targets
Identification of likely targets is a key component of conducting a risk assessment, which is critical in development of mitigation strategies. Answer the following questions:
1. In general, what are factors that terrorist groups might consider when selecting targets?
2. How do these factors differ for the terrorist group that you selected in Module 1? Explain.
3. For each of the factors listed in Question 2, provide examples of the most likely targets and explain your rationale.
