Identify a legal school issue that you think needs more attention in your current school safety plan.
Critique how the issue is currently addressed by your school or district and provide a rationale regarding why this issue warrants additional attention.
Create a plan that you could propose for your school/district to appropriately address the legal issue.

Explain the process that will be used to achieve buy-in from the teachers and staff in the building and to elicit their input and ideas for the new plan.
Include a communication plan for all stakeholders and steps for implementing the plan.
