Self-Initiaited expatriates

Required: results chapter 4 (16 pages) + discussion chapter5 (8 pages) + recommendations (2 pages)
My dissertation revolves around SIE’s in Kuwait. and it assesses their work experience in Kuwait (Private and public sector). I have distributed between 80-90 questionnaires asking expats to give their opinion on 1) career capital development 2) expatriate adjustment.
the data gathered should be analysed through SPSS. I will upload all questionnaires once I receive them back.
I will upload a sample of the questionnaire for you to have a look at and create a file through SPSS software to input the data later.
I will upload the word document containing further instructions + dissertation objectives + Propositions.

Objectives
1. Has the organisation benefited from the expatriates in terms of knowledge transfer and experience exploitation?
2. What are the actual motives of self-initiated expats working in Kuwait?
3. Does the local policies restrict expatriates’ career promotion opportunities and causing ‘Career Capital Stagnation’?
4. Has the organisation created a positive working environment for expatriates and sustained high performance through achieving ‘Social Cohesion’ between expatriates and local employees?
5. Does economic and political stability of Kuwait have an impact on expatriates’ adjustment?
