RESOURCE- LITERATURE APPROACHES TO FICTION,POETRY,AND DRAMA

QUESTION- Consider Tim O’Brien’s “The Things They Carried.” What does
the story suggest about leadership?

DIRECTIONS- Use your answer to formulate a thesis statement. Support
your thesis in a 5 paragraph essay of 650-1000 words.Essay must include
an introductory paragraph that contains your thesis statement, 3 body
paragraphs supporting your thesis that include direct quotations from
the text, and a concluding paragraph that sums up your thesis and main
points. Remember, each of the 3 body paragraphs should be organized
around one point that supports your thesis and contain at least one
direct quotation from the text to illustrate your point. The quoted
material must be integrated into the body of your sentence.
