Should there be more emphasis on environment preservation and energy conservation and green living a part mandatory primary school curriculum?

I’m currently not working within an educational environment but I am due to start teacher training this September. My degree was in geology and I have a passion for green energy and conservation.

This is an Extended supported, independent study.
-organise and structure an assignment around key aims and objectives,
-select Nd apply appropriate enquiry and methodological tools,
-create an assignment design that is appropriate and fits enquiry aims,
-demonstrate independent learning skills in the use of a wide range of resources,
-read and apply selected, relevant research lot retire to the enquiry,
-demonstrate innovation, creativity, enthusiasm throughout the study,
