Soft Skills

a 20 page article that talks about soft skills ( person,job and setting) and for the module of transformation of work , and i need to do the following in this order:

1) The synopsis of the article ( Title, Methodology and conclusion )

2) Discuss the paper results (key findings and importance)

3) Linking the article to the module (Transformation of work)

4) Assessment of methodology (comment on the methods , the book ‘Statistical method’ must be used here.
-In this include the 3 methods of research ( quantitive, qualitative and mixed) start by talking about all of them then comment on how good or bad they are in relevance of the topic. for example they used 2 hotels only this is a bad this for the qualitative method as it samples 2 hotels and then bases the finding for all hotels.

5) Practical implications( relevance of the paper, findings, how can it help for other use)

6) assessment of strengths and weaknesses of the paper (commenting on the relevance of the topic, findings and its methodology) an example for a weakness is the sample size and not gender based.
