20-page research paper, utilizing primary and secondary source material. The paper should include a title page, page numbers, footnotes, and an annotated bibliography–conforming to the stipulations of A Writer’s Reference with a Guide to Writing in All of the Disciplines at Loyola, Easy Writer, the History Style Guide, or any comparable source.  Please use the Chicago Manual of Style (CMS) format for footnotes and bibliography.  

The topic i have chosen to focus on is the foreign policies/sanctions/diplomacy made by the United States and the United Nations the either provided relief or caused turmoil within the African nations. I would also like some focus on the cause and effect of American/USSR/Cuban companies had on any of these polices/ sanctions/ diplomacy. I will upload documents to be used afterwards. Thank You.
