theoretical approach (30% weighting).
Present a balanced and well justified review of the issues involved. You should aim to arrive at an informed conclusion about the conditions affecting social and

economic upgrading for workers in the South African Horticultural global value chain, and, if possible, highlight issues that might be of broader relevance for social

and economic upgrading in other global value chains in the international business environment (50% weighting).
