The business has developed well over the last two years since it started. We were delayed by about six months in moving into our yard in town, when we could then start

selling wood. Our wood and product sales have always been a bit slow, so we need a marketing strategy to market this better.

4.The project could also include evaluating our paper leaflets, and suggesting ways to improve the presentation and relevance of them – while maintaining our

philosophy of printing in-house.
It should be noted that currently design work is done using Microsoft Powerpoint (!) as this is very familiar to the in-house design staff. An evaluation should be

done to determine if this is still a sensible proposition, or whether significant gains could be made in purchasing and learning new publishing software.
