This is a group assignment where we are presenting to senior management ideas to motivate the work force.

I have been tasked with the conclusion. I need to speak for 7 min, summarizing the benefits and importance of motivating employees.

Task:

Write me a 7 min speech (minimum 700 words) including three citations, remember the audience is senior management. I am thinking you could reference some stats on the financial and throughput benefits of motivated employees.
