Organisational Learning (OL).

There are strong theoretical assertions that OL is crucial for organisational survival and success, but needs to be managed appropriately or the potential benefits will be eliminated.
“According to several research reports in the past 12 months, skills shortages in the UK are hampering productivity and holding back the pace of recovery. At the end of last year, Kevin Green, chief executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), said that there were 43 areas of skills shortage, compared with just nine in 2013” (Personnel Today, 22nd January 2015).
