In addition, discuss how you potentially show up to others, and how your behaviors/competencies affect your current performance or your opportunities for leadership.

The Continue category represents skills/behaviors that are already established. They include things that you believe you do well and need to continue refining and/or developing.
The Stop category reveals unproductive behaviors that don’t serve you well and should be eliminated or reduced.
The Start category includes behaviors/competencies that you have wanted to develop and that you believe will make you a stronger performer and more effective leader.
This CSS Analysis of Personal Leadership can be a helpful tool for your professional development. Your assessment demonstrates self-awareness and self-reflection – two skills that are essential for leaders. Remember, this Program is designed around the science of learning—and your life experiences will come into play throughout your graduate studies and professional career. Make the actions you select to discuss meaningful for you professionally and in the months ahead.

Keep your list to 3-4 key items. Analysis should be 2-3 double-spaced pages in 11-12 point font. Make sure you include a title page and a thesis statement in your introduction, and support your claims with reference materials from the course readings or other outside sources.
