A case study of an organization with a successful or unsuccessful strategy
Include in the presentation:

– Company Background
– Challenges/Opportunities
– Strategy (what did the company do?)
– Share results
– Also show references
Total presentation time – 8/10 minutes
Power point, use of videos etc.

Pickup a company that has done something really unique in terms of strategy that really helped them achieve their objective. You have to do a research, you

have to report it. You are not suggesting any strategies, but you are giving your analysis on why this strategy has worked for a specific company.
Reporting about a strategy a company did, what was the objective, what was the problem and show and share the campaign and then the results.
