Sustainability

Select a company or an organisation of your choice, but it must be one that has issued some form of public statement about its approach to sustainability for example the M&S Plan A report available at http://planareport.marksandspencer.com/. Read the report carefully, then write a 1000 word synopsis which explains how the company’s activities are benefitting society as a whole. The synopsis should draw comparisons with the Bruntland1 definition of sustainability. It should also offer examples of what actions the company are taking to support their plan. Be very careful about plagiarising the company’s report; the synopsis must be entirely in your own words.
