Where do you see sustainable development being in 5 to 7 years?
“From what I noticed in the last 10 years is a shifted in the commercial construction industry,  most all of the government Bid proposals call for green methods incorporated into the project for some kind of LEED rating. So I see it gaining more respect and forcing more companies to become more competent in sustainable development”

What does it take to be a successful Construction Manager?
“Staying on top of the new trends, finding ways to incorrupt them within budget and keep refreshing yourself with all the new software that becomes available”

Do you think the government might potentially make sustainable development a mandatory in the U.S.?
“Yes, I do in the near future. The more the public becomes more awear of the solution to fix the damage we as a whole world have done to our world the quicker it will become mandatory and regulated. So far it’s just a new way of constructing thing and most of all we are in the trial and error stage of sustainable development”
