Task: Select a company of your choice where you can perform management research.

The best way of doing this is by looking at articles written by others, the company’s webpage, editorials, documentaries, etc.
Write a five-page research paper on your findings.
The final paper must address the following:
1. Why did you choose this company?
2. Is this company a role model in terms of their performance?
3. What are the most common traits this company has in terms of management style? What is their main focus? How are they structured? Who is (are) their leader(s)?
4. Does the company clearly show the four basic functions of management? Organizing, Planning, Leading and Controlling?
5. Perform a SWOT analysis on the company
6. Conclude your paper with the best managerial practices performed by this company.

Submit your final paper in the following format:
Use APA writing style when presenting your final paper.

Font: 12 points, Type: Arial, Double space, number each page, footer must include authors name.

Page 1: Cover page: must include title, date, your name and class name and number.

Page 2-6: Body of paper

Page 7: References (use APA format when presenting your references). Http or www addressees by itself will not be accepted as references. Must include date of the article or source of information, author’s name, name of article, publisher, etc. A minimum of 5 sources of information must be presented.
