First of all I want you to choose one concept such as, Self conflict, Decision-making, Setting goals and so on so fourth.

After you choose the concept, you set questions on this concept.

You pick an organization in MI (Michigan-Flint, USA. This organization could be, restaurant, company, and coffee shop, any shop and so on so fourth.

You ask these questions on different employers, and you get the answers, these answers will be 8 slides presentation (PowerPoint) filled with details.

The purpose of this project is to provide an opportunity for students to recognize organizational behaviour theories from the textbook and class materials that describe the organizational structure and culture of a local organization.

For this exercise to be feasible, you should select an organization that you have been part of for a considerable period of time.
You should base your analysis on several observations. Some examples may include group dynamics, diversity, leadership behaviours, etc.

The relevant theories discussed in class can be used to make an analysis of the selected organization.  This project results in a Power Point Presentation in which you present your findings based on analyze of the structure, culture, organizational behaviours, etc. of the organization.

This Power Point presentation teamwork during the analysis phase as well as the final presentation is a major component of this project.
