Order Description

1. Choose one quote from your readings that you wish to affirm and one quote you wish to challenge. Bring your quotes to the class session to use in a class activity.
2. Read the following exercises in Business Communication Today. After you have read each exercise, develop the requested communication format that addresses the questions in the exercise. Note: You are not just answering the questions but developing text message, telephone message, and a blog post that addresses the issues raised in the questions.
