Shopping online is become a pretty normal thing to do for most people, even become a part of daily life, E-Commerce is changing world. Since the demand become so tremendous, the expanding of E-Commerce website is turn to be first class issue, it require continuous improvement of electric support, after sale service and capability of server, but the most crucial factor is whether the logistics system can handle the sale of demands. With the rapid growth in the order, the splitting sales territory expanding, the capability of logistics to meet the need for expansion of e-commerce website has become an urgent need to improve. Therefore, self-logistics or outsourcing mode has once again been put on the desktop, this essay will mainly focus on the logistics mode decision that have been made for different E-Commerce websites or companies.

            Mainly focus on Chinese online shopping market, JingDong mall and Taobao mall would be the perfect example. Also contrast with USA market, the early successful e-commerce companies, such as Amazon and EBay.
