• ②Study design : Sample size, how to divide the participants into experimental group and control group, preparing water extract of Chinese green tea, perineal clean method( the experimental group use water extract of Chinese green tea, and the control one use iodophor),, diagnosis standard, outcome measures(including bacteria types and amount in urine), lab test methods, statistical analysis. Diagnosis standard should according to Chinese standards.

①Baseline: including illustration and table 1. table 1 shows the characteristics of the two groups.
②comparison between the two groups: including illustration of bacteriuria , table 2 and table 3. table 2 shows the difference of bacteria in urine between the groups and table 3 shows the difference of the bacteria amounts in the groups.

(6)Discussion: Analysis why Chinese green tea can inhibit the growth of bacteria in urine.

(7)Conclusions: make a conclusion of the study , illustrate the weak points of the study and how to improve it.

Part 2 Additional requirements are as follows:
(1) 120 participants from the local community have been enrolled in the study when they buy the antibacterial drug for recurrence urinary tract in the community pharmacy from 2010. 01.20-2013.09.30.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control one using sealed envelop.1 individuals in the experimental group dropped out of the study because severe disease and the patient needs hospitalized, 2 in the control group dropped out because of leaving the local community.
(2)The characteristics of the participants:
The author make the data. They include the factors which influence the recurrence of urinary traction in old women.
(3)the sample size should calculate according to a formula for two-sample comparison of means. So the author can change the number of participants.
