Sample size: 20 Petit-dishes with agar medium divided into 5 groups ranging from the pH of 3-7 Group 1: Control pH 7: Tap water Group 2: pH = 3: Energy drink Group 3: pH = 4: Coffee Group 4: pH = 5: Beer Group 5: pH = 6: Fruit Juice Group 2 -5 are the experiment. Apply the bacteria to the petri-dish and apply the acidic solution into the petri dish. Hypothesis: The hypothesis for my experiment is that avoiding sugary and starchy foods helps constrain oral bacteria growth.
