The Elephant and the Blind Man

Read the poem “The Elephant and the Blind Man” by John Godfrey Saxe at the following website:  http://www.wordinfo.info/words/index/info/view_unit/1/?letter=B&spage=3 .  Why can the study of health economics and policy lead to conclusions like the blind men came to about what the elephant looks like.  Include several examples where focus on one area of health care may lead to the wrong conclusions about the total health care system.  Specifically, how does a person’s perspective affect their view of the appropriate outcomes?  You may (but not required) submit your essay in the form of a poem similar to Saxe’s poem, if the muse strikes
