The Impacts of School Administration on a School Based Special Education Programs

Below is a basic OUTLINE. The basic premise is “what trends have existed among administration when it comes to dealing with Special Education Programs in public school. “

I would like someone who is FAMILIER with education, and more specifically Special Education. 
I will also upload all necessary research articles (15 in total) ALL OF WHICH I would that I would like used. I will also upload the former paper so you can see it (keeping in mind that I was not happy with it.) Please use quotes from the reading, as well as APA style referances.
