The legal Impact in Saudi Arabia legal system after its Accession to W.T.O.

What I am looking for is:
1- Looking at the legal changes in the system of law in Saudi Arabia, especially commercial law after its accession to W.T.O. and the impact on commercial law and practice.
2- Trying to see the legal difficulties in Saudi legal system, court structures and arbitration which face the international trade companies and what are the solutions for that.
3- The impact of Islamic law on the current and future legal changes.
4- Trying to have legal suggestions which can encourage the foreign investment in Saudi Arabia.

How I will do my research:
1- By conducting interviews with the group of experts who have led the negotiations with W.T.O. and with the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers that creates the law in Saudi Arabia.
2- Making questionnaires with international trade companies’ lawyers who work in Saudi Market.
3- Studying the legal system in Saudi Arabia and I might compare that with another experience from another country which may have the same features.
