1. Conduct a search of the literature for articles that explain the current nursing shortage in the United States (articles must be from 2010 to 2015) please use 8 article references.
2. Prepare a 5 page paper that addresses the nursing shortage
3. Design a plan that addresses one aspect of the nursing shortage.
4. Relate nursing leadership strategies and/or change theory that can be used to address the nursing shortage.
5. Compare and contrast the literature (articles from 2005-2010) with work place trends affecting human resource management as it related to the nursing shortage.
