This topic considers the clinical nursing assessment process which could best be used in practice to address issues of poor performance in student nurses. Clearly identify the concepts that would be needed to ensure validity, reliability and fairness. Form a well-argued position for a particular assessment process that could be used to ascertain the performance level of a clinician in your workplace. Academic literature must support your paper.
