My topic title:

An investigation study into the psychological, social and environmental factors that would affect pain intolerance level and life outlook among people with

neurological conditions

Topic Explanation

Some people when they get sick or feel pain they might cry and complain a lot, have high level of stress and have a negative view or outlook towards life after being

diagnosed while others have more balanced or positive attitudes and lower level of stress even when they are sick or feel pain. I want to study they internal factors

such as psychological history background, personality, inelegance, the hidden causes of complaint such as getting attention etc. as well as external and social factors

such as financial status, support system and the hospital arrangements for patients and medicine choices.

Moreover, I want to investigate the adjustment choices in each group and how effective is it

Another aspect I want to look at is how their close circle such as family and friends respond to their behavior and what is the relation between their internal factors

and responses

Also, I want to consider gender, sickness history, and age and culture expectations, as I would like to compare between Saudi and British people to get more

generalization of results and highlight any cultural differences

I aim to develop a questionnaire that measures people tendency and flexibility toward their illness

Do you think its results will be important for the psychology research base?

Do you think it is good as it is or I should add more things or aspects into it, could you advise me on what I should add from you opinion?

Could you advise me on which neurological condition I should focus on or if I should make general to all neurological disorders?

And how can I incorporate more neuropsychology aspect into it as it takes more clinical psychology focus
