During implementation phase, one of the important things that need to be taken care of is the system conversion. there are four different ways one can migrate from the legacy systems to a new system: Parallel, Plunge, Phase, and Pilot. Give examples of at least two of these four types of approaches and evaluate if that type of conversion was appropriate. Make sure that it is your own example based on the IT system conversion that you may have seen at your workplace, school, or on different Web-based/ Mobile applications that you may have been using.
