What do you think about cutting health care organizations from buying pens and pencils which disappear in a day ? 2.Instead of having one vendor provide services and products, price control and quality control comes from vendor competition. The same with CAT scans, MRI etc. When there is a monopoly on services from a vendor is when the financial gains get out of control.
