first lab is tisse culture
second lab is PCR
you must write 5 chapter :
chapter 1: introduction 
chapter 2 : i will do it. do not care about it
chapter 3: results
chapter 4: discussion
chapter 5 :conclusion
chapter 6 : reference 
in the introducation and results and discussion you must divide them into subheadings that to be clear which one for tissue culture and for PCR.
Also, I will provide you more details that what i want to write exactly.
