Introduction:
1. Find a definition of rational-technical management along with application in practice.

2. When did rational-technical management emerge in business? (which year?) How does it relate to Taylorism and Ford’s theory? Is it a modernist or post-modernist theory? Find people who developed the theory….
3. Is rational technical management and old theory? If so, is it still relevant in the modern Business environment?

However, the systematic development of management thinking is viewed, generally, as
dating from the end of the nineteenth century with the emergence of large industrial organisations and the ensuing problems associated with their structure and management.

Different approaches to management emerged as a need to improve organizational performance.

Briefly describe the most used approaches to management: Ex: Scientific Approach to management, Classical approach, bureaucracy etc.

Main body:

-based on the evolution of organizations starting from the 19th century, find the most likely environment that business will have to deal with in the future (2 possible situations / environments)
– prescribe management responses tailored to the different future business environments. Consider thae past with past theories.
– in conclusion, decide on the most likely business environment that companies will have to deal with in the future and prescribe the best management response to this environment.

Conclusion:
